A key factor in operating a successful foundation is having a board that shares the same goal and mission.  Their belief in a task well done, quiet disposition, pleasant personality, and fairness in all their dealings keeps the  Dwayne Ellis Foundation afloat.

Partnership. At Dwayne Ellis Foundation, we understand one person cannot change the world but together we will have a greater impact and change is inevitable. Working effectively with others promotes growth and creates opportunities others deemed impossible.

We have been successful in accomplishing our goals because we understand partnership plays an essential role in making a difference around the world. Through partnership we have been successful with our three main projects: Book Scholarship, Operation Cap and Gown, and Adopt A Family.
